Happy New Year! Whether you’re halfway through your degree, about to start university, or preparing to graduate, maybe wanting to take a break from the hustle and bustle working life has brought you, the beginning of a new calendar year is a good opportunity to think what you’d like to do a little differently-and set some in the form of New Year’s resolutions. I took a very quick survey from my colleagues/ friends to get some idea of what are some of the most popular resolution. Here are some of the most common themes that emerged:
Get healthier- I bet you’ve thought about this, too. May it be putting restrict-binge-guilt cycle into end, hitting the gym, quitting a vice, or staying away from junk foods? Yes, about time to eat those greens.
Stop procrastinating- Sometimes “later” becomes “never”. How would you want a year that’s more productive? You know, those brilliant plans of yours, won’t materialize unless you take necessary steps to start.
Be more organized- Aren’t you sick and tired of your mom telling you again and again that your room looks like a jungle? Or missing out something for having cluttered schedule? Maybe it’s high time for you to tidy things up.
Spend less- Have you ever been in a situation when you really wanted to buy something yet your pocket signals you to forget about this horrid idea for it’s been emptied? Remember the piggy bank your aunts will give you as a present? It can help you. Great deal.
Improving ones craft/ further studies/ learning a new language– Among all what’s been aforementioned, this is the most tremendous idea you can ever do for yourself. English is a tool you can use almost everywhere. Learning this, you’re doing yourself a big favour. F2F English School in the Philippines offers courses and subjects that will help you improve your English. New to this? Worry not, for we teach beginners to advanced. Thinking about the cost? Cost of products in the Philippines are way cheaper compared to other countries, staying and studying here isn’t as expensive as US, New Zealand, Canada or Australia.
Why not consider learning English in F2F one of your New Year’s Resolution? I assure you doing so, your future self will always be thankful to you.
